2.REFUND POLICY  If  there is difficulty encountered by any person who has paid any amount to DAFOZ through  any form, in being provided with the service or product that has been the purpose of the payment, then in the first instance the payer is required to contact DAFOZ through GD@DAFOZ1.com so that proper assistance can be given to remediating the situation. If it is clear that any error has been made on the part of the payer which has caused the payment to be lost then then any refund will be entirely at the discretion of DAFOZ. If the loss of payment or non delivery is the result of any error on the part of DAFOZ or its agents and the payment has been received by DAFOZ, then a full refund will be made. If the loss of payment or non delivery is such that DAFOZ has never received the funds then there will be no refund as DAFOZ has not received any funds which can be returned.
